Ingredientes

- 500 g de carne seca
- 2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
- 100 g de bacon
- 2 cebolas picadas
- ¼ xícara de cebolinha verde picada
- ½ xícara de folhas de coentro picada
- 2 xícaras de FARINHA DE MANDIOCA TIPITY


Preparo

Coloque a carne de molho de véspera, trocando a água algumas vezes, para retirar o sal. Corte-a em pequenos cubos e frite junto com o bacon e as cebolas. Acrescente água suficiente para cobri-la e cozinhe até que fique macia e com molho. Se necessário acrescente mais água durante o cozimento. Junte a cebolinha verde, o coentro, a FARINHA DE MANDIOCA e misture bem todos os ingrediente.
